Before working with Warriors, I wasn’t entirely sure what they were capable of or what I really needed. I realised our stationary hadn’t changed in almost 15 years and considered refreshing our logo.

After meeting James and Beth, I took them on as consultants and they highlighted a number of critical problems in our communications, both on the face of the organization and also within the materials we were using to promote ourselves and giving to our clients.

They explained very clearly how a number of things could be improved and explained why in simple, straightforward terms.

I agreed that the changes had to be made and Warriors redesigned all aspects of communication at the Advocacy Services, including what the organisation looks like, our promotional material, all of our printed references, client handouts and our of office signage.

I was surprised by a number of things which they highlighted as issues including the language we were using to describe ourselves and our services, but since making the changes, we’ve seen an astounding 30% increase in our client base and received nothing but positive feedback about the changes, both internally and externally.
